Repro has adopted the PUR technology for binding. Repro's machine crew at its Surat plant recently underwent training on this technology from M/s Henkel and Welbound. PUR is often preferred to traditional thread-sewn cover pasted binding. Among other things it gives better productivity, important for large volume export orders.

Repro successfully installed a new Heidelberg 2 col Sheet fed Perfector machine in December 2010 . The speed of the machine is rated at 11,000 sheets per hour, thereby enhancing the overall sheet fed capacity. Also a new Stahl folding machine was recently added to cater to the requirements of this department.
