Repro conducted its 19th Annual General Meeting on 22nd September 2012. The event was attended by our shareholders and Board of Directors. All the business as mentioned in the AGM notice was approved by the shareholders. 100% dividend at the rate of Rs. 10 per share was declared at the meeting.
It was 10th year in succession that Repro participated at one of the biggest book fairs - London Book Fair. The stall saw many eminent publishers who are looking at India to completely outsource many publishing solutions.
Repro organized the 3rd edition of the Leaders and Legends events on the future trends in publishing in Delhi on 17th Feb and in Chennai on 18th Feb 2012.
